"I normally have a great experience here, but today was not good. They burnt my breakfast sandwhich. It was red cup day, and I went at like 6:15am, so I know they have cups, but I didn’t get one. I ordered a holiday drink. I’ve never gotten to participate in red cup day, so I was excited, but disappointed in the end. I called to ask about it, and the guy that answered the phone was mean. I’m surprised at the attitude; they are normally really sweet. I miss the girl that sang when she took our orders, she always provided a great experience :”)"
