Uncle Maddio's Pizza

"Our first time experience went like this: My family and I showed up and we could see that there were 0 customers in the building. My wife and I contemplated going in, but due to the great reviews, we decided to give it a try. After standing in the lobby for a minute or so, 2 employees came to the front, neither said a word. The older gentleman glanced at us in anticipation of us placing our order so I said, “first time in, we’re just going to look at the menu for a second”. He replied, “first time in? I’ll have to charge you double (no smile)”. Poor attempt at humor if you ask me, but I laughed it off and proceeded to look at the menu with my wife and kids. My wife then asked, “what specialty pizzas are most popular?”. He replied, “well it depends on what you like. If you like veggies, get the veggie. If you like meat, get the meat”. This guy couldn’t be bothered. Obviously, a customer’s preference has nothing to do with what pizzas are most popular. We expected to hear a few options, choose which sounded best to us, and enjoy our meal. Instead, we left because we decided this place didn’t deserve our business… not the vibe our community needs!"

"This has been our favorite place for many years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I love their wheat crust, garlic olive oil base, and their Greek dressing. Just a few of my favs but they have so many options!"

"I ordered the family meal online. For the mushroom truffle pizza, I paid for extra prosciutto and received less than what I get for the regular amount. Also did not receive the alfredo sauce I paid for with the breadsticks."
