"Update (2/16/24): Delivery is worse - Why does this location continue to make promises and fail to follow-through (see below). In this case, they promised to deliver 35-40 minutes. Actual time was one hour 35 mins. How about not charging the delivery fee if you don’t meet YOUR commitment? How about not asking for a “pre” tip for the driver on the app? The tip amount would be based on you meeting YOUR commitment. #disappointedCustomer #makechanges I’ve always enjoyed the pizza but on this visit, I ordered via the app and the store failed to meet its time commitment. If Pizza Hut had told me my order would take 10 mins or “10 hours”, it would give me the ability to make my decision, based on that information. But to give a time and miss it by +30 mins with me standing in the restaurant is unacceptable. Note to future self: Do not pre-tip on app orders."

"In the last 2 years it has gotten worse and worse. Food has been being delievered by Door Dash recently even though I order through Pizza Hut and it never fails that when we order delivery we have a problem. Food is cold and we are missing at least one item if not MORE every time. We have tried to call to fix it but no one ever answers the phone. The time I had to drive up there because more than half of our order was missing and we were promised a refund that never came. Went back up to remind them and still no refund. Time before that they delivered it across the street to the wrong house and We had been offered a credit but it does no good when you have to call to use it and they NEVER answer the phone to order over the phone. It’s really sad because it’s always been my favorite pizza but I’m done trying. We will order from Papa John’s or Dominos in the future because we do not have any issues when we have tried them. We ordered from Pizza Hut in Florida last month on vacation and it was the best pizza we have probably ever gotten, super fast and the food was so hot we had to let it cool off. We forgot how good service can be but it’s definitely not the case at the local location in Holly Springs. Try to call store- no answer, try to call corporate and they send you to the website- make a case and it never gets resolved so it’s pointless."

"We always order from here because it is usually the BEST Pizza Hut in our area. 2 pizzas were not correct. I brought it to the Shift manager's attention. She said, "I can make new ones." I agreed. She left our other pizzas on the counter to get cold. I had to ask for them to be put into the warmer. After remaking them, she came back and said, "I will be 10 mins" and walked away. When new pizzas came out, I inspected and she rolled her eyes at me. Never an apology until we were literally walking out the door."

"My 2 medium pizzas were very delicious! Thankful for the staff it was easy to order. Although the Cinnabons were thrown together a bit with very little frosting. Delivery failed to provide napkins, forks, and plates."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas, 8ct wings at 3 in the afternoon online. Said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later still no food. When I call the number listed for the store I get a call center in India. I spend 30 minutes on the phone with multiple different people at the call center who hung up on me multiple times, and kept saying “sorry this is the call center not the actual store” but could never direct me to the actual store! So frustrating. They had no idea what was going on with my order nor could help me. I drive to the store where the manger says sorry about that your food has been ready for the past 45 minutes and we we’re going to get a driver on it. At no point did they call the number I provided to let me know. When I asked why they didn’t or what was the problem he just said “sorry” . Just terrible service all around the call center and at the store.. They offered to remake it but would be another 15-20 minute wait or they could refund my order. Will be going to Papa Johns from now on."
