Chili's Grill & Bar 5637 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37411

"So normally when we come in we are greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. This time the host acted like she didn't want to be there. She also acted like she had to find a place for us to sit. The restaurant was empty except for one person at the bar. We had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even get our drink order. When she finally came over to get our order, she acted like do I really have to wait on these people. She got our drink order and went back to the bar. We gathered she was the bartender. Five parties were sat after us. We were still waiting for our drinks and a party of two had already received their drinks and appetizer. Then maybe another 5 minutes later they got their food. Still no drinks and she was busy making drinks for everyone else. We decided to just leave and another party asked if we were leaving. We said yes and they said they didn't blame us at all."

"We love Chili’s and we decided to get Chilis for the evening in. They were so nice and paid attention to my many food allergies. They followed directions and the food was really yummy."

"So this is a go to place for me for the famous triple dipper!!! I have been enjoying this menu item for over 25 years. You can't go wrong with southwest eggrolls. "Our server was nice. The restaurant felt like it wasnt being managed....it was just odd feeling. The triple decker app was good. The burger sliders had good flavor. The skillet qeuso looked and tasted like canned cheese. In fact frito lay canned dip is better."

"This place is absolutely filthy. So we went in, waited for a table which wasn't a problem. We get seating and someone comes up and asks did they wipe this table down? I replied idk we just got seated here. Upon farther inspection we noticed the table wasn't wiped down. Ok cool it happens no worries there. Sat for 10 minutes before our waitress came to take our drink order, we had to repeat the order 3 times to her. It was only 4 items, water, beer, Dr pepper and a mixed drink. When we got our water and doctor pepper they came out in dirty cups. There was a weird white residue all over the inside of them. When we told the waitress she tried to argue with us about it. Saying they are clean just old and that's what happens. I pointed to the table next to us who just left and showed her how their cups didn't have it. Again whatever it happens. The final straw was when our appetizer came out on again a dirty plate. I wish I had a picture of it but I was so disgusted at this point I was done. I look over at the decorations next to us and couldn't help but notice how much food and gunk was all over where we were sitting. I worked in the restaurant business for years, I would never let my restaurant look this nasty. It needs a deep clean. Told the manager at this point I'm done and going home and won't be back. He kinda smiled and apologized."
