"Purchased a shoe brand new. The shoe looks like it was used. I've emailed support multiple times and no reply But they issued me 25 dollar credit... so the shoes are used?"
"Great shoe store with a wide selection of sneakers and apparel! The employees gives out great customer service especially Natalie which has helped me out selecting the shoes I want in my interest with professional customer service! Mark is also a great employee with great customer service and assistant when shipping! Would rate 10/10 and would recommend to anyone who likes sneakers and apparel in the DMV area!"
"Went into this store in search of New Balances and was greeted by unfriendly staff who were mostly on their phones. I was walking around holding a shoe and had to ask if someone could help me, which was odd given the multiple employees who were standing around while I was one of a few customers in the store. The employee brought the shoes I asked for and handed me the box without saying anything, which was really disappointing. I decided I wasn't going to buy the shoes and my friend asked if she could try on a pair of pants and was told that the have too much inventory so it's a hazard for people to use the dressing rooms... Unfortunately they also shared that they do not accept returns, which doesn't make sense if people can't try items on... Overall disappointing visit to a store, won't be returning."
"Great store with a pretty legit raffle system which more than you can ask from a sneakershop nowadays. I had been trying to get a raffle win for a while and finally did. The twitter team did a great job as well as the employees during the transaction. I highly recommend and will be back. Also I really dig their shopping bags"
"Terrible experience... restricting the number of visitors in the shop which we understand for covid. However refusing me to access the shop with my daughter was close to stupidity. When suggesting the doormen to stand outside instead of inside the shop to free one person he was shock and close to agresive. I would be the shop owner I would prefer to fill my shop with customers instead of useless employee. Spend 300 usd.. would prefer not to... but was about to leave the city. Buy somewhere else if you can. Pity shop was nice and other employees helpful. Doormen shouldn't prevent you to sell shoes. This will never happen in Japan... customer first."
