"My most disappointing buyer's ordeal: I bought two pairs of children's jeans from the Old Navy website for a birthday gift, but unfortunately, the sizes were too big. When I attempted to exchange them at the store, I was surprised to learn that the jeans were on sale for only ¢0.99 despite me paying $15.49. The store offered a refund of just ¢0.99 instead of allowing an exchange for the correct size. This sort of customer service is unacceptable. It's instances like these that make traditional stores fade away in favor of online-only ones, where exchanges and refunds are more straightforward. Keep an eye out when purchasing from Old Navy, whether online or in their stores."
