"I hate giving low reviews. I would rather a store earn a high review but this is not the first time this has happened at a Fresh Market, so it has to be how you train your staff, or understood within your training or company policies. I stood there, at the counter in the center of the store where your prepared foods are and waited for several minutes. The man washing pans ignored me. A mother with two children walked up to look at the chicken wings, etc, and then went around to the salads. I saw him look at them more than once. He knew they were there but kept on doing what he was doing and never once addressed them. If he saw them walk up, he saw me standing there, too. I was there for several minutes. I was going to order a pound of wings and a pound of chicken fingers. I walked away, totally incensed by his rudeness. You lost more than $20 in before tax sales of the foods from which you make the highest profit in your store. There is nothing... NOTHING ... more important to a store than a purchase, & therefore, the customer. Without customers there is no paycheck because without customers who buy your product there is no money to pay anyone. Take a lesson from Trader Joe's and retrain your supervisors and staff. This experience is what my Japanese friend would call "Unacceptable!""
