"Friendly, helpful office/dental staff. Always prompt for appointments. I don’t see a high turnover of employees which is always a good sign. I have a lot of faith and confidence in Dr. Craney and very much appreciate the way he takes time to listen, even for small talk."

"Didn’t really have a good experience with them. My tooth filling started falling off the next day I got it done. I called for them to fix it and had to pay again for them to fix it. That was not fair! filled my upper tooth and it was hurting so bad after the filling. I went to another doctor and they told me that upper tooth needed a crown not a “filling” because it’s close to my nerve etc… I was so scared I couldn’t go back. All experiences are different though. Staff was nice and welcoming!!!"

"Love the tech/ hygienist who did cleaning and exam. Was disappointed to find out we owed at end of visit. Front desk said it was our responsibility to ask about any additional cost. I think transparency would be better. Make sure responsibility party knows about additional cost before services are rendered. Also if fluoride is only covered once a year, it should not automatically be done at every visit. Again transparency is best. Overall pleased with office."

"Honestly the best dentist I have ever been to! The receptionist, hygienist, and the doctor were all extremely kind and knew their stuff! They walked me through each X-Ray and photo so I understood what they were talking about and why they recommended each treatment. As someone who hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time prior to a year ago, Gentle Dentist did not make me feel bad about my health history at all (which cannot be said for all dentists) and were completely understanding and warm. 10/10 experience, can’t rate them highly enough"
