"They are so incompetent that they won't bother to tell you that the pharmacy is closed on a given day. Their system let's you go to the pharmacy and then puts you on hold to wait for the pharmacy forever, rather than telling you the pharmacy is closed. How incompetent do you have to be not to program your system to tell you when the pharmacy is closed instead of putting you through just to hold forever. Obviously those who run this store, and its phone system, are incompetent, unintelligent, and couldn't care less about their customers."

"Renu Patel, the pharmacist is very rude. She was very immature and talks to customers with no regard. She was actually refusing to fill a prescription and I was the only one there. I got there at 8pm and they close at 9pm. She has no customer service skills. The whole pharmacy staff on 01-18-23 at 8pm was unprofessional. I will not do any pharmacy shopping with the CVS on Forest Hill Dr in Macon, Ga. If I could’ve left no stars I would have. They must hate their jobs and people. It’s not my fault they hate their jobs but it’s critical they don’t place their hate for their job on consumers."

"I went there today and these people have no respect of your time … I was in line she scan my meds then went to answer the phone didn’t even say please wait a moment or I’ll be right back… just left me standing there ( found out she was the pharmacist ) and would not look my way she was on the phone for 4 minutes and 38 seconds came over so I could PAY for my prescription never apologize or nothing !!she was nice and friendly but this was ridiculous please make it make sense!! Anyway I transferred to Kroger I feel like if they don’t respect my time or care that you just left me standing there you don’t deserve my money !!!"

"Good luck getting diabetes medication if you wanna live!!! They will fill something you didn't even ask for or they will say they will have it the next day just to have your refill request canceled all together or ir goes from in process to back on hold. This is the 3rd time I have had to drive back to this pharmacy in 2 days. It's not like you can call you'll be waiting for an hour just to get hung up on."

"Ive been in the area for over 10 years and this location is always so nice! I had the pleasure of having Felicia as my cashier in the pharmacy this weekend who was VERY helpful and kind. I then was assisted by Richard at the front store for some extra purchases I needed before leaving. I was able to find everything I needed and was relieved I found all my items. I just had the second dose of the Covid19 vaccine and also had a sinus infection so I was trying to be brief and get out of there quickly to get home to rest. The staff was so courteous and helpful. I could not have had a better experience and will use this location as my designated pickup"
