"Sam did a fantastic job on my fluffy French bulldog! They handled him with care, as he difficult to do nail trims on! Staff is super friendly and courteous! Same day service! I walked in with my other Frenchie for a nail trim too. Will 100% be back!!! Thanks y'all!"
"I had a terrible experience at this establishment. They did not follow the direction of how to cut my long haired puppy and instead of keeping him furry with just a trim to the face and nails, they shaved his whole coat and chopped his nails to the point that they felt rough and course to the touch. I have to take him to another groomer just to smooth his nails. He was also scooting on the floor for the rest of the evening because it appears they nicked him. We are truly devastated and it will take many months for his hair to grow back to what it was, if it does at all. Now all of his winter clothes are too large, so there is money wasted there as well. This is days before the holiday which we had many plans for our long haired furry puppy (who also modeled because of his hair and now will not be able to get booked) who now has about 1/2" of hair on his body in the middle of winter. I understand our pups are just animals but if you go to a stylist for a trim and return with a pixie cut, there will definitely be room for major concern. We adore our McFluffy, which was so aptly named. We cherish him for his long soft coat. Now we have to wait it out at least until Spring for his hair to hopefully be half of where it was before this groomer shaved him."
"I previously took my 75lb, VERY energetic, Goldendoodle to a groomer in Lawrenceville. She always made me feel like he was an inconvenience and she was annoyed to have him there. She also charged an arm and a leg. Sam and the rest of her staff have been amazing with Biscuit! They are always happy to see him. They never make me feel like he's too much for them and you can tell they truly love dogs. He always looks so handsome when he leaves too!"
