"This location is blessed to have a staff member that far exceeds their role as an employee. I am a parent of a son that has been in search of a much needed medication for more that 4months. After calling several pharmacies on a weekly basis, I finally spoke to Aiyanna at this Walgreens. She was caring and understanding of my concerns. She worked tirelessly with my doctor's office and insurance company to ensure my son had his prescription. She was extraordinary in helping keep this mother informed and calm in a stressfully situation. Thank you Ms.Aiyanna for your exceptional customer service you were a blessing."

"Waited in drive thru for over 5 minutes without ever being greeted. When the tech finally came to the window wasn't friendly at all. My sister's script had been dropped off before noon and 7 hours later it still wasn't ready. No apology given only excuse was its only 2 of them working and the pharmacist is behind. If she had at least said I'm sorry that eould have gone a long way. I also working as a pharmacy tech and know that compassion and good customer service can go a long way when someone's medication isn't ready. She couldn't even day when they could have it ready. But she's always been rude when I went there. One of the main reasons I stopped using them before. Horrible customer service and no urgency to assist customers."

"They're struggling to drop-off my delivery. I have the QR code, but this lady has no idea what she's doing. Scan it. Print it. Let me go on with me life. But no... an action that takes less than 2 minutes takes over 15 minutes because they don't know the password to get into their own system. February 1st 2022 at 6:18pm to... going on 6:45pm... so they have no idea what they're doing. At all. Life is not as hard as they're making it."
