"I never write reviews (especially negative), but this pharmacy was especially awful. I have always used CVS pharmacy, and recently moved to the area. I had the prescription for a medication I've regularly taken for many years sent to this location by my doctor. When I went to pick it up, my prescription wasn't in their system. No worries - likely a miscommunication because of my recent move. But they weren't willing to help. Instead of trying to identify and resolve the issue, they treated me like I was an idiot who had no idea what I was talking about and basically just told me to go away. At this point, I'm just trying to have it transferred to a different pharmacy, but even that is proving difficult. Save yourself the literal headache (lol get it? bc withdrawl symptoms...), and don't go here."

"I tried for 20 minutes to reach a pharmacist because I have an important prescription that was filled but is "on hold", and when I finally managed to reach the front store, I was informed the pharmacy is so busy that they aren't taking calls and to "come in to speak to the pharmacist". I have no issue with the pharmacists or employees who must be critically understaffed and busy, but what is CVS thinking??? I shouldn't have to physically come into the store to ask a single question!! I will be sending my prescriptions to walgreens from now on, good lord."

"Pharmacy has gotten worse and worse. Prescriptions frequently go "on hold please contact pharmacist". I'd call and they'd either say they don't know why it is on hold or it is waiting for its next refill. Such a time waster as it takes 10-20 minutes to get someone on the phone. There are some really negative people working here too. Not all, but enough to avoid this place."

"I was waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 38 minutes before someone literally picked up and hung up phone in the pharmacy depth. So called back and waited 10 minutes and 23 seconds and someone hung up the phone again. Is CVS serious?!! Our ti.e as customers is very valuable. There is absolutely no reasonable excuse to be waiting on the phone line for more than 10 minutes. This totally rude and unacceptable on CVS part."
