"Today me and my son came in and from the time I walked in the door to the time I came to the register to check out the security officer ( officer humble) was following me and my 13 year old son around the whole store. While the store clerk was ringing me up she came to me in front of everybody in line and said loudly “ I just wanted to let you know your son picked up a box of lingerie and walked across the store with it and returned it back where he got it from empty. I said so what are you trying to tell me she said that it wasn’t empty at first little does she know I had a similar clear box with baby booties in it that I asked him to return for me to the baby section he was going to put it where the empty box of lingerie was but it was full of those boxes. So he took it to the baby section like I asked him in the first place. Anyways so I asked the officer did she want to search my son or something she said no I was just letting you know. She obviously wanted to just embarrass us and disrespect us by these accusations. The manager of the store was there and he did nothing about it and I also brought it to his attention that this isn’t the first time this officer has harassed me he did not seem to care he just nodded his head . That’s when I asked her for her name and she told me and then she told me she can get me banned from the store I then used some choice words at her for saying the things she was saying . Then I left contacted everybody I could about her I talked to one of the contracted coworkers and he gave me her supervisors number and name and also told me little to nothing will likely be done about it because she is apparently the owners sister."
"Officer humble fake robo cop harasses anyone who comes in always accusing them of stealing and threatening to ban them when she finds out they didn’t steal. If you’re miserable just leave your issues at home. Work is not the place."
"I come here all the time, but this is my last time visiting this location. The security, a brown skinned lady with curly hair, was following me around the whole time like I was trying to steal some of their donated items. It made me very uncomfortable and I do not plan on shopping here anymore. They need to hire a new security who is worried about real problems going on instead of watching the shop for my kids."
"I usually frequent this Goodwill. I’ve had problem with an employee there who was always checking your items and if it looks to good for the price she would say you changed the tag. My church buys a lot on .99 cents day for people in need. Same with them with the tags. But this is the straw that broke the camels back. I was in the store recently. My phone rang and I looked into my bag to answer it. There was an employee there, putting away stock . I didn’t really pay too much attention to him, but I saw him. As I went to put my phone back in my bag, I saw him looking at me. The next thing I know the guard came up to me and said that he had said that I had put something in my pocketbook. Stealing is what he was saying. So the Guard showed me a empty package. That was the package. I was supposed to have taken that item out and put in my pocketbook. I opened up my bag and showed the guard that I was answering my phone and I had put it back into my pocketbook. so I asked the guard what was it I was supposed to have stole. He showed me the empty package. I took him over to where the miscellaneous goods are in that store. And showed him what came out of the package which was some weave hair. He apologized to me. I went and found the manager. And told him what had happened . He apologized to me. The employee had really badmouth me in that store. To the point where as I was going to call my attorney about the situation. After talking to the manager, all he said was the employees were doing their job. If they were doing their job, then that never should have happened. When I found the a person who put in the false report to the card and the manager he pushed me away. So I’m saying what the F is wrong with him. So I’m just letting you guys know when you go into that store what kind of pressure just to shop you will be under. I will still shop at that store. But I will start back going to the Goodwill‘s in Gwinnett County. Where you don’t have to go through a lot just to shop."
