"The cashier's name is Ryan or Brian. He seemed unhappy that I bought a few gift cards for the holidays and he told me to peeloff the cover for the barcode. Well, at least he didn't ring $500 worth of groceries. He is a jerk."

"This place unashamedly robs you under the guise of discounts that don't ring up, then humiliates you for doing a cashier's job for them with self checkout. Discounts can make or break whether a person can afford their rent AND feed their family, and on multiple occasions I have rung up "discounted" items at self checkout only to be charged full price. It happens so often that asking employees to fix EVERY price is an embarrassing waste of time. The self checkout is COMPLETELY defunct, it records you and even if you press the button to alert the machine you're adding a new bag, it treats it as an unscanned item. Then you have to sit their and wait for an employee to watch the recording of you to see if you stole. It's humiliating. Don't go here if you want the discounts you're promised on stickers, it's appalling."

"This Kroger is dishonest and awful. First of all, every time I go, something is marked on sale, then rings up at full price. I was JUST there and bought some ground beef marked at $5.99. It rang up at full price. When I got home I called and complained to the front end "manager" Megan and got a bunch of excuses. "Maybe it was a digital deal?" Uh, no, it was a yellow sticker and it was supposed to be on sale and don't treat me like I'm an idiot because you are too irresponsible and dishonest to mark your prices correctly. My other complaint is that the self-checkout has these video cameras that they will force you to stand there and review when THEIR TECHNOLOGY glitches out. I use reusable bags and even when I push the correct button to add one, it flags me. It also flags me whenever items shift on the carousel. Then you have to stand there while they come over and watch the video with you standing there, like you are a common criminal. Make no mistake, the video shows nothing and proves nothing, it's just blurry footage, in my case it's blurry footage of me adding my extra bag??!! And it's insulting and embarrassing to have to stand there while all the other customers are around, and watch this video of myself HONESTLY checking out. This has happened two times now and I'm done with this Kroger. They treat me like a criminal while I am being honest, meanwhile, they are cheating on their prices and when I call to complain, they make it sound like it's my error and don't even go back to check what I'm telling them. So basically more customers will be cheated. I don't have time to go to customer service every time I check out to have their sale prices corrected. JUST PUT THE CORRECT PRICES ON THINGS! You're already gouging us on food with price and shrinkflation, stop trying to cheat us with fake sales. Reporting this store to the Better Business Bureau for deceiving pricing practices. Done with this Kroger."

"This is a great kroger. It's in a safe shopping center and is very clean and the checkout is much much faster than any other store including publix. They have two separate self-checkout lines and they seem to really pay attention to making check out very Speedy for all customers. The produce department is fabulous and the floral department beats Publix. They have a variety of snacks that would please any teenager."

"Good supermarket. One thing that I liked was the fresh Vegetables and Fruits that are sold here. Employees are very helpful. Store is very clean spacious and is well maintained. They also have Deli, Bakery, Meat and Diary sections. They are selling good variety of products and some are at discounted rate. Please have Kroger card handy to enjoy the discount in price of the selected items."
