"I’ve had a wonderful experience with the staff and environment here. My husband and I are both National Guardsmen and often depend on boarding for my dogs while we’re away, I have no doubt they are getting great care. They have accommodated me in my time if need and for that I am appreciative."

"This is the sorriest place i have ever met the one person they had working there who was actually good at it and that all the customers loved they fired after the sweet girl got hurt in their facility. They said she wasn't doing her job and whenever my wife picked up our dog the young lady was working harder than i have ever seen anyone work. I would have never known this if I hadn’t saw this young lady in the store just now. The people before her was lazy and unprofessional the only reason we took our dog is because its near the campus but for someone to treat someone that way because they were hurt is ridiculous i feel for this young lady. Not only that but didn’t have the common decency to fire her to her face or over the phone, she received a text ! A text ! Literally if this is how you guys treat humans i can only imagine what you are treating our dogs like. The dogs are locked in the kennels all day long and surrounded by their own bowel movements. Its sad. My wife told me how angry she was that our down smelled so bad after coming from there after receiving a bath the night before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !! I hope the young lady opens her own boarding home for pets because i will definitely be taking my dog."

"I called about boarding my dogs over Labor Day weekend. They said that I couldn't pick them up that Monday on Labor Day, that they'd have to stay an extra night and I could pick them up on Tuesday. I don't know if that means that someone isn't there with the dogs and that's why I couldn't pick them up (we asked if there was any time that day when we could and she said no), or if they just want extra for keeping them over Labor Day weekend. I'd rather that they just say that they're charging extra for Labor Day if that's the case and allow me to bring my dogs home. And if they're not going to be there, then I don't know that I'm comfortable leaving them there. I just don't understand why if someone's going to be there, I can't pick them up."
