"I placed an order for a Christmas gift in November. I have yet to receive any shipping info or idea on when it will be shipped. So I reached out via email and social media and I can see my message has been read on social media as well as zero response to my email. All I am looking for is communication and updates. At this point I will not receive it before Christmas and the gift will no longer be needed. I will never purchase from this company again, I understand longer shipping times however the complete lack of communication when they have already taken my money is just unacceptable."
