"Terrible. Do NOT send your prescription here. Sat and waited for 2 hours for a prescription then they told me I'd need to wait another hour because they never checked their voicemail. Complete chaos. Not enough staff. And the staff that's present doesn't care about how the patients are feeling."

"They never answer the phone every time I call my doctor calls my prescription in and here I am 3 days later still waiting to get my medicine because it’s still in progress I’m definitely gonna take my business elsewhere I’m sick of dealing with this every month"

"Even though our medication was not available by the supplier over the weekend. On Monday when the pharmacy received it, they filled it as quickly as possible for it to be available sooner than what they expected. (Expected delivery from supplier of medication on Wednesday) We appreciate the pharmacist filling it upon its arrival in an urgent manner."

"You call to verify the pickup time and it gives you a time. You give it an hour from pick up time, pull up to the window and they say “oh we are still working on it . Maybe 10 more minutes, can you pull back around behind the 10 cars that are going to be taking 15 mins each to get back to you or come inside? We don’t care if u have a sick infant and a sick toddler, we just don’t have yalls medication ready”"

"The pharmacy manager is a poor poor and a manager who tells you one thing and then say another. I have pink eye, and after waiting for 30 minutes, they told me medication is out of stock. He then tells me that the CVS in Hiram has it after telling me they should have it in a week. Seriously pink eye? Then he tells me to go to Hiram they will have it. I proceeded to go to Hiram, and they didn't send it. So now I'm back and forth on the phone with this manager, and he tells me he never said that Hiram would have it. So I came to Hiram for fun. All he was worried about that they were supposed to go to lunch, and when I get to Hiram, they would be at lunch. I said its ok. I just wanted my medication. Meanwhile, I gave them the prescription 30 minutes before lunch. I was right Nextdoor in their minute clinic. Never, ever again. The manager is horrible. Today is 6/27/23."
