"This treatment center really "gets" addiction. They are professional and kind and treat people with respect and dignity."
"Strong urine smell throughout - Mikey."
"I've gone here for several years, and I will continue here b/c the people working here are great. I've never known a place of any kind to say "hey, we know times are hard right now due to covid/jobs/yadayada and we're waiving all fees for now" it's literally unheard of to me and ever since that I wouldn't change for nothing. They care. It's a rare thing. They don't look at you with judgment in their eyes, they wanna help. It's not a program you dread going to, even at fullswing.. so I highly recommend it."
"I have only just started and am private (patient) pay in cash. The building was a surprise, wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first. Their motto is "Be your own hero" and everything is decorated in Marvel characters and arcade style inside. They seem very kind and understanding and treat you like a person, not just another number. They will work with you much more than most places. They offer options like subutex, suboxone, and sublocade. They will work with you with cps to keep your children if you are in danger of losing them only for being in treatment. You get to talk to someone when you call instead of some 1800 number. They will work with you to taper you down on dosage if you are wanting to do that. So far, I highly recommend this place over any others. They do accept insurance but there's many that will not pay for you to go here. $150 every 2 weeks plus the cost of your medication at your pharmacy."
"They were ok at first, but when I found a cheaper place and switched and then asked them to fill out some insurance reimbursement forms so I can get paid back for my out of pocket they totally clammed up! I've sent several emails to them, tried calling multiple times and left voicemails but no reply! They are charging $75 per visit + your co pay and they are billing insurance......Hmmmm???? I'll update this if they get back to me"
