"They were very rude..All they care bout is that you keep your appointment!! No consideration for their patients what so ever. !! After having to reschedule a few times was told they couldn't reschedule or help us!!"
"I was referred here for some testing. The testing was archaic. The proctor was also very condescending. If you're looking for quality care, go somewhere else."
"I've been a patient here numerous times since 2019 and I definitely will not be coming back. I originally started coming here for therapy services. My therapist was very nice and I enjoyed talking with them, but our sessions weren't very productive as we mostly just talked about random things a lot. Over the course of my time here I had missed numerous appointments. I know it's important to keep appointments, especially for psychiatry services, but I did have a history of no-shows because I was busy with college and just generally forgot due to other life happenings. So be warned of no-shows, because they will lecture you about it and you may have to eventually pay a no-show fee. It honestly felt very condescending and unprofessional, is one of the big reasons why I do not want to come back. Last year I was referred here to get tested for ADHD, as I've been experiencing concentration/memory problems and it does run in my family. The testing process took 3 visits. I was told I would receive my results in about 2-4 weeks, but it ended up being over a month before I received mine. The results were very confusing, and essentially stated I could have ADHD but also not. They also made it a point to highlight my no-shows in my report for some reason? In general, you can definitely do better than this place in the tri-state. I did not feel like I received the adequate amount of care here."
"I was referred For ADHD testing from my Doctor, I was currently in school and having extreme trouble with learning, retaining information, concentration and I had my entire life, I was given a list of test, they are extremely nice, the thing that led me to make the 2 star review was when I received my results which I was not diagnosed with ADHD Nor a learning disability and in my papers it said I read at a 6th grade level still isn't the reason for my review the lady that did my testing looked at me and suggested that I drop out of school and do something more hands on and active and as a mother*** I suggest that, not suggest that maybe I get some extra help, tutoring or encourage me with my career path, maybe stating it will be difficult but not impossible she literally told me to drop out of school. I did not go there for career advise I went for help. I find that super unprofessional, and discouraging. so did my doctor and therapist and they will be referring me somewhere else to get a second opinion after reading the diagnosed papers."
"Dr. Linz is the best child psychologist in the area. He's helped two generations of my family through a multitude of issues. He is very knowledgeable about all areas of psychology and he is fantastic with children and young people. His approach is gentle, yet highly effective. I would highly reccomend him to anyone needing help for their child or teen."
