"I bought a pair of shoes at this store. And paid for a 2 day shipping fee. That was October 25 . A week later, I called up to follow up where my order is. They apologized because it wasn't shipped yet. I was promised that it would be sent overnight. Today, November 3 - my order is still missing. I made another call to follow up just now. And I was told that they will get back to me once the store finds out where my order is. I am so disappointed. :( Before I bought the shoes, I told them that I am going out of the country on such date. Hence the fast shipping fee. Now I am not sure if I will be able to get it before my departure. So sad."

"2 stars for cleanliness friendliness and I’m the stock in the store. It’s been a few years maybe 10 since I’ve visited this exact location. The prices changed like with most places but the prices for this location seemed to have tripled. The staff seemed to be aware that the prices were high so they don’t bother to ask if you need help with anything. 2 people walked out empty handed in front of me. I believe the cheapest thing I saw were $50 shorts in the men’s department (they were half priced) the most expensive piece was a hooded jacket at $138 ticket price. Most items showed signs for 30 to 60% off but sadly the given discounts didn’t reinforce the outlet idea at this location"

"This place will make your husband or BF loose their mind. The staff said hello upon our entrance. Everyone wore mask. There was mask and hand sanitizer if needed avaialable for customers. This store was predominantly for men. They did have a womens section that was smaller. I did not see shoes for women here. There is shoes for men. There is a fitting room. Some stuff was marked down. Some things were regular priced. As for prices I felt I could purchase some of these things online for way less. But it was a nice selection. I did see items that I did not see on the Ralph Lauren website as well. So that was impressive. Overall great experience. My husband was very happy."
