"Owner told us she would watch our dog while we we were out of town. At 7, the night before we left town, she suddenly stopped responding in the middle of a conversation. We were panicked because before she sounded like she was going to be great but then she just vanished. We had to be on a plane very early so we frantically had to call family and friends until we could find someone to take care of our dog. The owner responded around noon the next day, when we were already at our destination with a barrage of texts that were supposed to be a contract to take care of our dog. Having managed a pet sitting business with a family member in the past, I realized there were red flags but we ignored them. Very unprofessional, very unpredictable. Find someone else. Edit: OK CRAZY PANTS. Since you finally decided to respond four months later let me tell you my version of events. First of all it was not the middle of the pandemic. 4 months ago was not the middle of the pandemic. it was just starting and we had to be somewhere. Sometimes you have to travel and you don't have a choice. We didn't call you on a Friday night we called you on a Wednesday. If you didn't want to take the job you could have said no. No one wanted you to come to our house and just start taking care of our animals. We wanted to meet you from the very beginning, not leave a key for you.We don't know you and we're not going to let some rando in our house without meeting you first. Second of all you started sending a contract over text message. That's a huge red flag. I owned a pet sitting business many years ago and I have dealt with many people in the community. No one and I mean no one would ever send a contract over text message.you copied and pasted a contract that you found on the internet and you sent it to us expecting that that would cover you.if you have a pet sitting business you have to have insurance in case something happens it's to protect you.so don't send someone a copy and pasted contract over text message and expect it to hold up in court in case something happens to someone's dog or their house.We called her "references" too. People that hadn't had any dealings with her in a year or two. why is that I wonder? I can't believe the victim mentality this woman is playing when she was being very unprofessional from the start."

"Michelle is amazing!!! She has kept our two dogs Rocky and Beebs on numerous occasions. Every time she comes to collect the dogs they cannot wait to jump into her car and spend that time with her because they have so much fun. Michelle does more than a great job. I love how she sends us daily pictures of their park trips, trails or just around the house."
