"Very bad experience! The staff gave me the drop eyes expiration in 45 days! When I found it at home and went back to change, they refused and gave me three reasons: 1. If I use 4 drops for 2 eyes and then 8 drops one day , so it will be used up before expiration. 2. Because my insurance paid the fee, so when I picked up, I didn’t pay money. 3 . It was my responsibility to check the expiration date when I picked up the medicine."
"My family of 4 has done business with CVS for many years through Aetna and we were always impressed until today. The pharmacist would not fill a prescription for me since they were closing in 45 mins. If you ever need a prescription within an hour of closing then good luck... that seems to be the new policy. We are moving all of our business to a new pharmacist so all good for us. Just sharing our experience as of today. Pretty disappointing."
