"This location is closing in January 2024, which is not mentioned on the website. So they can’t do returns in store anymore (even though it is listed as such on the website). Now I’ll either have to drive 40 minutes one way to make a return or pay for return shipping."

"Absolutely terrible customer service, especially for a children’s store. We drove from a distance to come to this store and although there were still customers in the store and 4 staff the door was locked. Posted closing time is 8pm, upon pushing the staff, the manager, told us their closing time was 7, however, by now it’s 6:54pm. How is a store closing whenever they feel like especially when not posted for customers. I worked for the company some years and we never closed before time and never treated customers in this manner. We ultimately got what we needed, but it was such an uncomfortable situation I wouldn’t want to go into that store if these same people are present. Shameful. I Hope the company chooses not to keep any of these people once the store closes."

"My wife and I had a good experience, however I was there that day when Fatima Jafari, they was in the wrong their was and have been a sign for the longest saying that the dressing room was closed and her and her husband continued to walk towards the back the guy told them they couldn’t go back there but they proceed to walk towards that area, he then ask them to leave and the lady (the wife) made a smart comment towards the employee then said that he was going to call for the mall security. Now I am not saying that he was right and they were wrong, although it’s the principal of him telling the truth and trying to make your situation look better thank it seemed. We as customers must own up to our wrong just like the workers as well. That’s my input and I hope we all could learn from balancing each other."

"When I walked in to spend my hard earned money on my sweet boys, I was not greeted because the 2 people working there were deep in conversation about what happened to them the night before. When I got to the counter to checkout, the man behind the counter had his phone on speakerphone. Never not once did I get acknowledged or greeted. I pray that there is a customer service training for this pair in the near future because I felt so uncomfortable with spending my hard earned money there the customer service was so poor. DO BETTER"

"Horrible customer service. Specially, guy name Shon Roberts. We were wanted to buy a pants and measuring it if it’s right size at the end of the store without trying it on, that guy said us don’t go at the corner please leave the store or I’m going to call a security. We were shocked, what we did wrong? We were not in the associate area, we were inside of the store. Other lady explained that fitting room has been closed since Covid so if you want to try it on then buy it and take it to the mall rest room. She explained it in the proper way but Shon was playing himself as a victim. They lost the customer because we always buy stuff from there. Horrible horrible customer service."
