"Place is great honestly. Great prices, clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean showers, cold a/c and fridge, microwave works really good. If you're just passing through or needing a place to live and on a low budget this is the place to go especially since most of the hotels in Florida on average is $100+++ for a just a single night. The owners are respectful, if you need anything they are willing to help. Will definitely come back over n over again!!!"

"Cheap place to sleep when hotels were all $200-400 the night we were in area. #1 owner nice young man brought me sheet Blanket towels fixed TV remote. It's a old motel some people live there it's not high class...but it worked in a pinch for me. I would not frequent the place. No parking for trucks trailers no turn around at all...if you pull in you can not get out. Except to jack knife and turn around carefully. Hotel needs renovation badly Bathrooms are right out of 1960 ORANGE ..Shower was good hot water with good pressure. But shower stall gross...see photos. Bed gross no sheet but fitted BLANKET SO GROSS I MADE THEM BRING ME BETTER...NO WASTE CAN IN ROOM.NO.PILLOW CASES BUT PILLOWS WERE CLEAN LOOKED NEW. bed was comfortable. It was $57 or so I didn't expect to much. Owner very nice..."
