Holiday Terrace Motel

"I would rather sleep in a prison cell! This place is absolutely disgusting the owners are fraud pigs! Me and my husband have been living there because we hit a financial bump and we’ve been there for 4 months and they lie about money, they never clean anything, the rooms are disgusting there was literally 2 cigarette butts right next to our bed with someone else’s food trash next to it. The room smells like cigarettes and urine. There is literally poop stains all over the toilet seat, there are spider webs all in the showers, the sink doesn’t work. But the owners all drive fancy cars and wear fancy clothes . They want you to pay in cash (I personally believe because cash isn’t traceable) and they are rude and have no respect of privacy. DO NOT STAY HERE THERE IS A MOTEL ABOUT 10 MINUTES LEFT OF THE PARKING LOT OF THIS RAT HOLE CALLED THE SHIP INN GO THERE!!!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would! Was in town for a wedding, this was our only choice for a place to stay. First room was dirty and AC didn't work so we were switched to another room. Cockroaches crawling on the blinds, on the mattress...bugs everywhere alive and dead!! Linens were stained, furniture was full of stains. We ended up leaving because the thought of sleeping in a cockroach infested room was disgusting. Turned in key, asked for money back and was told we stayed in the room for more than 30 minutes, so we were getting charged. Unless you are a fan of cockroaches crawling on you while you sleep, I would find other accommodations!!"

"New owners, so they are making renovations. Priced too high for the quality. Daughter is temporarily staying there. Sink doesn't work. Ceiling had huge cracks. The AC unit is literally near the ceiling, so not handicap accessible. She's disabled. I really hope they can turn it around because it's really not worth what she has paid with her limited income."

"So, definitely not clean or nice by any means. I totally get that, I sometimes like to stay in a trashy place on a road trip. Stayed one night, the toilet and TV didn’t work. Whatever, only wanted a place to sleep anyway. My son and I ended up sleeping in my truck because the room smelled that bad. I mean, like I said, I sometimes like to go “slumming”, but even this was too much for me. It appeared that the people that (sadly) live here also had some drug deals going on in the parking lot with one guy flashing a knife."

"Roach infested, I understand the place is dated, that's fine so we rented for a week when first we had to be given another room because there were no knobs in the shower to turn water on or off when we went to bed the came out, it was so bad they were crawling on my drink can. I was nor a happy camper. When I office the next morning to get my money back, he tried to charge me 100. Dollars for one night, I got very upset said a few thing that maybe I should not have so they keep all my money.please don't stay here"
