"I just moved here from Central Florida, and the Manager Stephanie has been very helpful. I also wanted to give thanks to Jessie, the property’s maintenance. I really like my new apartment everything was clean and beautiful and the apartments are so nice and quiet that I love it."

"Don't be fooled! Is there a property manager? Never received a return call. I would love to upload pictures of the problems here that do not get addressed. Yet rent increased almost 50%."

"After living here seven years and always paying on time, they tried to increase rent more than $350. They also kept shutting water off to the building with no notice to renovate downstairs, and all the rust in the water lines would come out when turned back on. This ended up ruining a brand new washing machine, to which they accepted no responsibility. So now I’m making payments on two washers. Yay me! They also told me they did not have to inform me when the water was being shut off, even though you pay them for the water. So they would just come in and shut it off, no notice, if you have somewhere to go and need a shower, too bad. And no we can’t tell you a day ahead or even an hour ahead. Ridiculous and poor management. They also ripped out my satellite dish, saying I did not give them the information of its location even though I had and still have proof that I sent the requested information the very day they asked for it and also asked them to confirm they received it to which they did. They still removed the dish a couple months later. They did nothing to remedy that either. Now I’m seeing five star reviews from their staff, the staff that barely works, they are often too busy with personal matters and plastic surgery. But nice try. When Anita was around it was great, affordable living. Sadly we lost her to Covid. Alexander Properties does not answer the phone, they do nothing when they cost you money, and are money hungry themselves. Only good thing about this place, is Jesse the maintenance man. He always took great care of everyone. But I am glad I was able to get out from this apartment complex that was constantly disturbing my right to a peaceful dwelling."

"I recently visited several apartment complexes in Florida. I just loved this one that I would call "country living"! The staff was so pleasant and eager to show me around. The area was so charming with very nice views and it was obvious that the staff took great care to keep the outside areas well maintained. The pool looked very inviting on a warm summer day. And they had even just installed a Frisbee golf course."

"I moved into Eastwood Oaks just as it changed ownership and management. The improvements were almost immediate. New rooves and paint, refurbished common areas and apartments; but the best improvement must be with the management staff. Stephanie, the property manager is amazing to work with, always helpful and smiling. Jessie, property maintenance, is constantly busy keeping things running smoothly. The community itself is great. Everyone is friendly and genuine. The complex is basically split into 2 areas divided by the community center and pool; one area, where all of the 1 bedrooms and most of the 2 bedrooms are located, creates a quiet shared green space with a pergola covered picnic areas with grills. The 2nd area comprises the 3 bedrooms and the rest of the 2 bedrooms. This area is where the playground (recently renovated) and basketball court are located. On any given day after school, it's not uncommon to hear dozens of kids running back and forth. Definitely a great place to live."
