"CHILDREN'S PLACE WE NEED TO TALK. *Store especially entrance was well organized, unlike most comments here but further to the back where they had sections for clearances it got somewhat put of place but let's be real, it's impossible to keep everything organized when shoppers are actively seeking the best deal and limited staff to cover those key areas. * Although it wasn't peak hours, it was pretty busy with long lines reaching to the back of the store. They were clearly understaffed that day - only 1 cashier working while another was fulfilling pick-up orders. * Besides that, staff was great and they managed the rush extremely well despite having to do some long rewards process/pitch with every customer, im assuming that that was a mandatory thing. Those ladies definitely deserved a glass of wine to end the day. Overall, I give my experience a solid 8.8/10. I will be back."

"I'm currently waiting on my ship to store items inside this store. I walked in the store there was a lady folding clothes, I went directly to the register just waiting for acknowledgement, until I was tired of waiting so I turned around and asked her "hey can I get some assistance" she replied with a attitude and said "1 sec" while continuing to fold 2 MORE SHIRTS. she came to the register and said how can I help you I told her I'm here for a pick up, so she said oh the dude in the back coming back he went to pull another order and he will help you! The LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and RUDENESS IS BEYOND ME."

"Brittany went above and beyond with helping me. She brought my shipped order (2 large boxes) to my car. Great customer service. Thank you. God bless you Brittany."

"If I could rate this store a 0 I would.. The manager here is terrible and has the worst customer service experience I ever seen.. For Christmas I was supposed to do a pickup order at this store because the other ones were unavailable. When I seen it was this store I was like oh no I hope I get good customer service.. Well I didn’t! I called to see if my order was ready and she told me she wasn’t having her workers pick any orders today because they were too busy . So I asked well do you think it will be ready tomorrow? She put the phone down and proceeded to let me hear all the noise in the background.. when I shouted out and said I’m going to report this store to corporate. She said Hello,Hello like we had a bad connection and hung up . I called back told her I was going to report her to corporate she gave me her name and took mines the after we hung up marked all my items as unavailable.. Now today is the 11 of Jan and my payment is still pending in my account. When I say she needs to be fired she needs to never work in customer service again unless she gets some good training.."

"Customer service sucks. Not all employees but some choose to make up their own store policies when shopping. Can’t see an issue with a customer asking for a shopping bag to transfer purchased items for a box to bag, that it’s a policy that you can’t receive a bag?? First order no problem . Second order two days apart and it’s a policy for a bag …..go figure"
