"I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Alpharetta Halcyon and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. "Great time but be careful the sales lady Dee is awful. We have been planning our getaway for months. 12 rooms that’s all we needed. We had been trying to reach her since November since we couldn’t book online request (the event was January 12th). We wanted to get a discount on the rooms but also rent one of the meeting rooms. Because of her poor attitude and service everybody almost canceled (two did) and move to the Marriott closer to Atlanta. She didn’t reach back out to us until two weeks before the event and told us it was too late (we come either take it or leave it, I was so upset) But the weekend manager, Jonathan saved the day. He was a delight. You could tell he cared for the guests and staff. They need more like him!!!!"

"Service Customer rate is top notch. Everyone here was friendly, fast response to any issues. Breakfast was also great especially from someone who doesn't eat breakfast normally . Beds not so great but they were somewhat comfortable. Rooms clean. Shower was amazing (great water pressure) however takes it a little longer than expected for the water to be hot. Overall, a great stay experience that I will he coming back to. Thank you!"

"I stayed here with some friends from out of the country. We LOVED the hotel. Its so nice to be able to just walk to so many restaurants! The Halcyon green area had some events happening nearly every day that we were there. Very lively! They had live music on the Friday we were there. Also, my friends from Estonia and Germany appreciated the huge rooms. They are BIG. Breakfast was great but wish it stayed open a little later for us late risers. I like to do yoga and they actually have an additional gym room for yoga/pilates. THAT was wonderful! Honestly I was impressed, its more like an upscale hotel but without the upscale price. My friends thought it was just fabulous. We will be back!"

"I have stayed here multiple times with friends or as a couple for some fun staycations. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. It’s great after a night of enjoying halcyon to just walk back to the hotel and relax. The lobby area and bar are really chic and great places to chill - even the sculpture behind the reception desk is cool! Breakfast buffet is a huge win. Really tasty and fresh. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to my next stay!"
