Hampton Inn by Hilton Atlanta NW Cumberland

"Arrived to Property on February 6th for 2 night stay. Upon checking into hotel parked got all my belonging into hotel and to room. Upon walking to elevator in noticed several buckets catching water in hotel I said okay no big deal. Got to room has an extreme odor of mold, weed, and sheets has stains on them and room was filthy. Proceeded to try and talk to General Manager for approximately 2 weeks just had the chance today February 19th,2024 to speak to him regarding this matter he started by offering 5,000 points on to my account for this inconvenience I expressed to him that my time was valuable and I had to pack luggage back to vehicle and switch hotels 10 minutes after I checked in at this property. This manager said all he was going to do was 10,000 points at this point not to mention they still collected rate for this stay I told him that was not fair he told me he didn’t care and hung up the phone on me I am now talking to corporate on the phone. Don’t stay here this hotel does not meet Hilton standards in the least bit."

"I was given the wrong room number on my key card. The actual occupant of the room answered the door when I tried to open it. Then the desk gave me the correct room number. The satellite service was out on the TV, which they later corrected after we left for a nearby concert. Unfortunately, by the next morning, it was out again and was not corrected by our checkout. There is a mold stain from some previous water damage. The only bright spot was a very good breakfast buffet."

"Showed up late that night, room was very small, once in our room, realized the phone didn’t ring at all, didn’t work to begin with, when in the bathroom it felt cramped. When we woke up the next morning and got in the shower, it took at least 5 minutes for the water to get lukewarm, pressure was a joke and the shower drained so slow you stood in a pool while you showered. If I come back next month I will be sure to spend my money at a different hotel."

"The hotel is not well maintained. The front lobby reeked of marijuana. The hotel room smelled like someone had dumped a bucket of urine on the floor. Immediately upon entering the room, I began to wheeze and my family member’s allergies were triggered. The best thing about the experience was the sweet young lady at the front desk. She said the previous occupants probably had a dog in the room because Hilton and Hampton Inns are now all pet friendly hotels. I got a refund, cut my trip short, then headed back home. Don’t waste your time or money. The only reason I gave a rating of one was because zero was not an option."
