"I was a patient of Dr Voltin for over a dozen years. He tried to force me to get a vaccine that I told him I didn't want. He even told my therapist to "Make her get the vaccine". He refused to see any patients who weren't vaccinated. I told him I had researched and didn't feel it was safe nd he told me I was wrong. I know I will never get an apology from him and I won't hold my breath. His arrogance is over the top. I continued to see my therapist at that office but it became too much when my appointments would be canceled by them and rescheduled but when I showed there was no appointment in their system. Dr Voltin is uncaring and so completely brainwashed that I want nothing further to do with him."
"Visited Dr Voltin once. As soon as I said I was looking for therapy he ended the visit and sent me to a receptionist who assigned one of their multiple therapist apparently based on which was available soonest without regard to what the need might be. I expected Dr. Voltin to at least know his professional staff and their qualifications well enough to refer me to a person with experience in my area of need. The one I got said they had no training or experience in that area."

"Went to first appointment Thursday 9-17-2015 filled out all information on in-office tablet, paid my co-pay on this tablet w/credit card for amount shown for this visit, saw Dr. Voltin. (very pleased with visit and plan he suggested) Returned 3 weeks later for 2nd appointment Thursday 10-8-2015 was checking in on the in-office tablet came to the billing section it asked for co-pay same amount as 1st visit however there was a past due balance shown, I went to window asked about the balance due, the lady at the window was very nice/helpful was as confused as I was, she then turned and asked the lady sitting behind her how i could have a past due balance if I paid my co-pay on the 1st visit. the lady looked at my account first she said the co-pay I paid was not the right amount.Then she said I didn't have insurance, I advised her I did and gave all the information prior to appointment being set (required) and if I didn't have insurance how did she know what my co-pay was or should be then she got very short and hateful with me, I left the office after telling her I didn't like her attitude. On Tuesday 10-13-2015 I received a bill in the mail for the past due amount, I called the office to discuss this amount on Wednesday 10-14-2015 got a voice mail that said leave a message that my called would be returned in 24 to 48 hours, left message. No returned call, so on Monday 10-19-2015 called again got same voice mail, left same message. No return call on Wednesday 10-21-2015 so called again left several message this time. On Thursday 10-22-2015 (today) sent message via email for one of the Dr's the president or the CEO to contact me regarding the problems I am having. low and behold I got a phone call within hours from Jennifer (the office manager) I asked to speak to one of the DR's that was in charge she advised me that they both were with clients and that they would have her to handle this situation anyway, so I explained the situation in full she then informed me that she was the lady from the from the 10-18-2015 and that I wouldn't listen to her that day, I then said that I didn't want to discuss this with her for her to have some one above her to call me she then told me that there was no one above her going to handle this. This is not a very good way to run a business. I agreed to pay the amount shown at the time of the visit, had I known it was going to be the other amount I would have declined the service however I was not given that opportunity. That's like going to dinner and paying for a meal and returning to the same restaurant weeks later ordering the same meal and them telling you its the same amount but you have to pay a balance from due from last time. Dr. Voltin please call me regarding this issue."
