"Went in they scanned my code for an iced coffee,then inform me they don't have drinks of any kind today. Never said why they didn't have any drinks at all"

"Two week ago our breakfasts had 4 items wrong and had to wait 20 for an order of bacon. Tried to talk to someone and couldn't get the attention of any employee until I spoke up. One younger guy did express concern. They tried to make corrections but just messed up things again. We chalked it up as covid and employee shortage. Last night our to go order was wrong. Normally, I'd just let it go. But with things wrong amounting to several dollars I decided to call the store. A grumpy employee told me the at new store manager requires receipts to correct their failures. They did not give us a receipt. We paid for food that we did not get. In a short stretch, that's theft. This lady refused to take down my phone number and give it to the manager. She told me to call back later. I challenged her, and she again put it on the store manager that it's their policy to not take customers phone messages or log complaints. With prices insanely rising, customers should hold companies accountable. It's our money. It's not the customers fault for the economy, lack of employees or covid issues."

"The food was good. The employees are nice now. They didn't used to be. The manager has hired some good ones this time."

"Off night in McDonalds. Crew was making some mistakes but I believe the biggest Problem was management. I heard him yelling. I heard him swearing. I heard him reprimand an employee I in front of customers. Most unprofessional manager I have seen in quite some time. All while I was trying to enjoy my meal with my 6 year old daughter."

"So. McDonald's. If you've been to one, you already know what it's about and what you like to order. The one in Salem is hit or miss. The food is either super fresh and steaming or cold like it came out of a fridge. Some of the employees are nice. Lines are almost always long and one of the speakers doesn't work correctly. It crackles in your ear! Love ordering from the mobile app, though."
