"How hard is it to listen to what you ask the customer for and read the screen to fulfill the order, and if you're that busy you're trying to rush people thru and you can't even get two simple coffees made right and two simple donuts right then slow down. Quality over quantity and simple basic reading and listening skills...."
"Husband just bought 3 chocolate chip muffins from you. Not driving all the way back. I had to pull the top of the muffin off because it was too hard to eat. The only part of the muffin that was remotely soft was the center. Why would you give something like that to any customer? Exactly how long do your products sit out? And staff acted like asking for milk was a foreign language."
"Pulled up to the drive thru, told the lady my order, wanted 2 medium frozen pumpkin swirl coffee's, she started to repeat my order, paused and asked if I could a minute. Meanwhile a few minutes went by and by that time another customer pulled up to the other order screen, the lady came on her intercom and started asking the other car for their order, I was so mad at this point.. she then came on my intercom and asked how she could help me, I was really irritated by that time, I said you cab forget about my order now, and sped off..will never go back to that Dunkin again, I'll drive clear across town to the one by Wal-Mart"
