"They should definitely have a local number where you can call and speak with someone at the location because their main customer service number is worthless. You are very lucky if you can ever get a human being on that line and past the automated system. They have my package and it's supposed to have been delivered by now but it won't move and I should've had it by now because it's two day shipping and it's been almost 4 days since it shipped and two days since they received it and I have no idea what's going on because I can't find out because I can't talk to the location directly. Totally unacceptable!"

"Dropped off package at drop off location as soon as the doors opened Monday morning. It's Wednesday and fedex still hasn't picked up the package yet. Headed back shortly to try to reclaim my package, and drive it across town myself. Highly reccomend using UPS for large packages."
