"So their website says giant 8 topping pizza for 18.99. We ordered online and the store called us from that order to get card info but the price was over $30. The submental woman who said she was a supervisor said that that must've been a fake website.... but we placed the order on that site and you called us from that order placed on that 'fake' site. Attempted to cancel the order 3 minutes after it was placed but was told it couldn't be canceled after it was placed, so i told them what i thought of them and that it would be disputed with the credit card company so they wouldn't get paid either way. Pathetic how poor customer service has gotten at napolis. Was in town for a family get together and wanted a napolis pizza but i would never order from them again. Worthless fuktards"

"Whom ever does your online ordering from parkersburg location is extremly disrespectful. She sounds like an middle age to older woman. I did not receive any email confirmation and she stated someone called my phone. I did not get a phone call. Then to cut me off and talk to me the way she did. What a horrible employee. Then to hang up? I am a first time customer and to be treated that way is unexceptable. All I wanted was an ETA on my order. Thats it. If you dont like your job, find another one. Plain and simple. And she never answered my question, lied to me then hung up and i got not answer nor my problem solved. I will never recommend this company to anyone nor ever order again."

"Napolis is one of those pizzas you crave every now and then. It’s good but it’s not the best in town. It seems like you can eat an entire large by yourself. Delivery is so-so, I think everyone worked for them at some point but they eventually get there. A little pricey for what you get but it’s good every now and then. The subs are pretty good. A little salty for me but not bad."

"I was in the mood for a non-carbonated beverage. They came up with Extra Strength Pure Leaf tea (which I don't drink anymore because it's excessive). But they found some Sobe and made everything great. And I like how they bring food out to you if you dine in. I'm not from the area and I wasn't expecting that. But it was pleasant :-)."
