"I placed my order on the app. I drove to the store while my daughter was watching the app that was counting down the time until my order was finished. I got to the store and the app told me my order would be ready in one minute to call the store and let them know I was here. When I did that, the lady informed me my whole order had been canceled. I had to re-order all my items and stand in the store and wait on everything to be cooked. I didn’t get a discount or any apology. All I got was them telling me it was not their problem. Not happy at all with the customer service!"
