"Staff was friendly over the phone and in person. We dropped our 4 month old labradoodle off for a bath and grooming. When we picked him up, his hair was WAY too short and his entire eye was red from a popped blood vessel (at least that's what we were told). They did give us 50% off but we will not be taking our puppy there again"

"My baby has always love coming here for years and they have always made our family felt comfortable about leaving him. Until he caught kennel cough, when I came to pick him up the receptionist told me a couple of dogs had caught it and I didn’t have to worry my baby didn’t have it, which was a lie, he came out coughing, and she assured me that he started choking on his leash because he was excited to go home. But as we drove off, he continue to cough, so I took him to the doctor to find out that he had kennel cough, which he never had in his entire life. I like the set up that they have that’s why I do give them a three star but I do believe that they need to do a thorough cleaning throughout that place. To keep these pets, safe and without any viruses."
