"In the two years that I've been bringing my beloved pet here, I've never had a negative experience until today. Upon entering to purchase heartworm prevention for my puppy, I was met with the most rude and unprofessional receptionist. While it's possible this individual was having a difficult morning, maintaining excellent customer service should remain paramount. When I inquired about the wait time for the prescription, Cindy, the receptionist, responded curtly, indicating she had printed the prescription and that the staff in the back would fill it. After waiting a few more minutes, I asked again, only to hear one of the ladies from the back inform the receptionist that they had already filled it and placed it in the basket behind the receptionist. The receptionist then processed my payment, placing the box and receipt on the opposite side of the counter from where I was standing, without saying a word. When I asked if that was everything, she simply shook her head. It's regrettable that the initial impression of Rockdale Animal Hospital, its exceptional veterinarian, and wonderful staff is marred by the behavior of an unprofessional receptionist."
