"’ve been working with dogs for over 15 years, at several different companies and I’ve never left my dogs anywhere until now. The staff at DULUTH are so loving and passionate to all the dogs. They really do care for your babies and I appreciate them all. My dogs are always so happy to get there and see all their friends ( human and dog). They always have so much fun!! I definitely recommend this place"
"I love the Camp Bow Wow franchise. But this location was not helpful in providing accurate information and cancelled my dog’s reservation at the last minute. I picked this location after speaking with the owner and doing a walk thru of the facility. The facility was clean and very secure. I asked if they administered insulin to the dogs and they reassured me that they did. My dogs went to their first boarding stay and it went great. 2 days before my second boarding reservation, they called and cancelled the reservation. They advised they never gave insulin and it is company policy not to administer. This information was new and should have been shared weeks before a thanksgiving reservation. It was a huge inconvenience due to the holiday. A staff member advised it is company policy not to give insulin but I was able to get a quick reservation at another Camp Bow Wow. And they gave my dog his insulin!!! So it is not a company policy. And I was lied to. I asked for a manager to call me and that never happened. I never received a call. I would never pick this location ever again. And they over charge. The other Camp Bow Wow locations are cheaper. No Holidays fees. If they felt uncomfortable giving the medicine , I’d rather they just say that. Not lie and say it’s a company policy. Other Camp Bow Wows still gives insulin. Horrible communication. No one there is knowledgeable. No one is on the same page there. Do not pick this location unless you want scattered information. Horrible experience . Pick the other Camp Bow Wow location folks!"
"Was looking for a kennel close to my house and happened upon Camp Bow Wow and from the moment I walked in I felt it would be a good fit. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and they have a number of services at reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong checking them out, your dog will love you for it"
"This place is great! Friendly staff, clean facility, and my 3 dogs always have a great time at day camp. I love checking in on them on the cameras to see how much fun they’re having playing with the other dogs. We have used them for boarding a couple times too, and I felt relieved knowing we were leaving them in good hands. Also! I highly recommend the training classes with Claire. She was a rock star at training my dogs to do things I never thought possible. We’ve done 4 of the group classes with Claire - level 1 and 2 for two dogs. It was so fun each time and money well spent."
"Very upsetting experience. I sent my puppy's fist daycare here. I'm glad he passed his interview and after the interview, they said I can leave him if I want to. I left him and when I picked him up, while I was waiting for him to come out, the receptionist said my dog was freaked out by other dogs and he was crying a lot and not eating at all. So when I asked her if he's okay, she said they checked and he's okay. When I saw him, I noticed that his eyes were different than usual. His eyes were very watery. At that point, I thought it made sense because he cried a lot. When I got home that night, I noticed his right eye became swollen and red. Next day morning, he couldn't open his right eye with lots of yellow discharge. I brought him to the vet The vet told me this would have happened if he had been hit or scratched in the eye by another dog. This was the first day and this problem arose. I don't know why Camp Bow Wow didn't call me if my dog was crying, stressed out, not fitting in, and not eating. Also, I don't understand why when it looked like he got hurt, no caution was taken into place. When I checked the web camera for small dogs through out the day, the indoor cam was hard to see because of the light reflection, so I couldn't see how he is doing on my end. When I noticed there's something wrong with his eye, I contacted them to figure out more details what happened during daycare. They emailed me they will get back to me asap but after I sent them my dog's medical history and request reimbursement of vet fees, they haven't responded to my email yet. Very irresponsible of them ignoring this situation. I understand any accidents can happen. Especially, for dogs. But I just don't understand why I wasn't notified when my dog was crying, stressed out, and injured by another dog. I would not recommend this facility for your precious dogs."
