"I wonder how this clinic got this high rating, my experience is NOT so great. They requested to do unnecessary checks/labs, even tried to charge service fee which they did not do anything. The fees are very high, unreasonable. The medicine they gave is soo hard to use, the injector was totally sealed by the medicine after use and could not be used anymore. They charged 30 + 30 for micro-screen, but still my kitten had diarrhea after taking their medicine. Had went to another clinic, they gave the deworm treatment, and the diarrhea stopped. Anyway, it's not a good experience."

"I recently took my senior yorkie here. She had a full exam and blood work done. Dr Ricky is a great vet and knowledgeable and gave her a great treatment. But I am disappointed when I submitted an online order for the topical revolution and they just decline it without contacting me first with the reason. When I called the vet office, they told me I had to bring her in for a heartworm test. I would have been happy to bring her in if they wouldn’t decline my order like that. Why can’t they just leave the order open and contact me so I can bring her in for the test. Since they decline my online order, I lost my special promo offer since it expired and I would need to reorder it again. In times of inflation like this where everything cost so much more, sometimes it helps a lot when we have coupons to reduce cost. I hope whoever made that decision can be more sympathetic to the customers next time. If you do care about your customers, you should make some changes."

"This review is only for the groomers not for the Animal hospital it’s self. Dont schedule your pets for a grooming here it makes no sense to schedule somewhere where you’ll get a call 20 minutes before drop off to cancel your appt , if your a busy person like me and your schedule runs a specific way Don’t book here. This would totally be fine i understand things happen people get sick but the problem is it’s a recurring thing . I use to go with them when they where located somewhere else and it would always happen where they would call me last minute or text me to cancel. my dog was even a full day at the groomer once and until mid day they called me that groomer isn’t there so my dog had to be there a full day. I tried to give them another chance but this was the outcome ."
