"Very bad experience. We were in the area for my husband being in ICU at Erlanger, so I didn't need any more stress. First off the remote didn't work the t.v. The receptionist said maintenance would be there at 6:30 p.m . I was at hosiptal until 8:30 p.m. came he still hadn't been. He got there later he fixed it. Next day same thing. Sheets were dirty they had shoe prints on them . Bed spread had a burnt hole in it and nasty. A big room with 1 bed and a desk with a whobbley chair . I got them to change out the chair and bring a extra. They said they would knock some money off. That didn't happen. A real small t.v.I will never go back."

"Just love this place, the girl in front, Jennifer, really made our check in process so easy and with a great sense of humor, we were tired upon arrival and were laughing by the time we got our room keys, just a great girl, we will stay again just to see her. Thanks Jennifer!"

"I will never go back there! Roaches in the room and it only had twin beds. They refused to give me back my 50 dollar deposit because they accused me of walking through the lobby with a lit cigarette! Which was a lie! They would not pull the cameras. They also kicked me my husband and two children out after having paid for our rooms, with no refund! They refused to give me my money for the extra night I paid for and refused to give me back my 50 dollar deposit! He even threatened to call the police on us when we were left speechless at the accusations....They refused to pull camras because he knew he was lying, prob to steal my deposit. The manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional! Don't waste your money it's a dump to begin with! The room didn't have any soap or shampoo I paid 250 for two nights and it was filthy, our bed even had burn holes in our mattress! Note, we traveled from ga to attend a church revival! It was almost 11 pm and this man made us leave with my two children after we explained I did not have the funds to rent another room so we had to drive all the way back to southern Ga that night. It was the worst experience of my life."

"The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. I booked through Expedia and due to user error I only booked 1 room. So I had to book another room over the phone. When we arrived they moved us around so our rooms were next to each other. The room were clean and they had the room cooled down for us before hand. Great deal for the price. Location is not bad either. Lots of stores and restaurants close by."
