Cloud Springs Townhouse Apartments

"Floor's uneven, lights flicker/ go out, roach infested, buildings' collapsing. Maintenance requests get thrown in the trash, I guess."

"Horrible service when moving in date keep getting pushed they didn’t have anyone to clean or replace carpet. Roaches everywhere when we moved in. Really hard to get a hold of management and service takes so long. Always getting charged more on our bill and having to keep getting it fixed. Not recommend at all renting here to anyone!"

"Impossible to set up an appointment with or even get ahold of period. And when you do get an appointment, they cancel when you show up. Not even worth the time and stress."

"Made it less than a month before we moved. Had a cockroach problem and was assured post control would take care of it. After the post control company came in and soaked everything in the apartment in insecticide, (at the time my daughter was 2 months old) we thought everything would be fine. Not even 3 days later, I find a cockroach crawling on my infant. They offered to move us into the other property for free, which never happened. Horrible place to live and careless management."

"My wife and i have been living here for about 4yrs now, which seems like forever here. The only plus has been the schools in this area. Our boys went to cloud springs and Lakeview middle school and high school. The biggest problem with the town houses is the owner's wife. The owner himself is a great guy, but the wife (manager) made this an experience i never wish to go through again. She is untrustworthy and has the worst attitude toward her tenants, she seems nice until you give her the rent and deposit then her true self appears. I've witnessed at least 3 different cuss fight occasions with her and 3 separate tenants, she has gone as far as to lie to the courts to try to have my family and i evicted but was dismissed due to her negligence of book keeping by the judge. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone unless you have no other options"
