"The sheets did not look clean and were not fitted on the bottom. Roach bugs in the room. Burn marks and holes on the bed spread, bath tub and refrigerator. Dirty walls with holes in them. The cups for coffee had an eye lash on them. The outside had an odor of urine and dog poop. Worst hotel I have ever tried to stay in. We were going to stay two days, but after a sleepless night we just cancelled our plans and went home. My little dog would not even go in the grass, because of the bad odor. It was a good think we had pee pads. Never use this hotel again."
"Rooms are dated but were clean. Requested a smoking room but didn't get one. Rooms were moderately priced in context to current marketing standards. The owners/operators had very poor command of the English language. The hospital and a McDonald's were right next door and I was surprised at the amount of noise generated by police, ambulance and general traffic. I also was aware of the Military Academy in close proximity as you can hear the gang doing exercises , the morning cannon and reveille the midnight Taps and Churches tolling the hours. I found general noise annoying but charm in the bells, Reveille and Taps. Other guests were fairly quiet. The main negative for our room was the"
"We passed the place and then saw the dark little sign and turned around to go to it. When you have a business behind a business you need to have a bigger and brighter colored sign. The room was at least clean looking, but my socks were dirty after walking around in them. Glad I didn't go barefoot. The sheets and pillow cases were stained/tinged brownish. Nasty. Glad I brought my own. Would have left if we weren't so tired. We got up before dawn and left. Needless to say, we WONT be back! Shouldn't rent out rooms by the your either. Just saying. Made for a long night with our 2 hour neighbors making so much noise. You should also make your residents who LIVE there and smoke not sit in front of the stairs to where people have to walk through a plume of smoke that makes them cough their heads off while trying to go upstairs to their room. Have a designated smoking area away from the rooms."
"We ended up going to Walmart and buying blankets and pillows. Please don't spend your hard earned money at this establishment. 100% the room had not been cleaned at all in between guest. My daughter found a "trap phone" stuffed in the kleenex box as soon as we got there. There are cigarette burns all around the sink but yet it's a nonsmoking room. It smelled like an ashtray . It would be tolerable to stay over night if it were clean . It's bad ..."
"Without any notification, during a time where every hotel is booked and prices are higher than usual. This owner cancels my online booked reservations. She claimed the CC was decline(but why is she running my CC if I haven’t checked in, that’s done at check out, and it was cleared when I booked). So imagine my surprise when I show up and the front desk woman gives me attitude and lies to my face that she called me. Like cells don’t keep record. These types of owners give all the rest a bad reputation."
