"I just called to get appointment for me Doberman over the weekend he got bit are something but his head and neck is swollen I explained to her when she said they were booked up she said take him to emergency clinic I told her I couldn't afford to take him there or I would have taken him there yesterday she didn't care she even put me on hold to ask they didn't care if his head and neck was swollen and he probly can't breath I could not be leave this I have use this vet science I was a kid Doctor bullard would have not turned him down he is a wonderful man he took my dogs when I didn't have the money at the time and took care of them but these new people I see they don't care The dog is a new pet but I use this vet everytime but no more I see they don't care I hope they have a great day knowing that they couldn't even check him out bot I'll find another I hope I just he will be okay"
"My kitty hurt himself. My regular vet was over booked and suggested visiting Bullard. They were able to fit me in immediately. Amber and Dr. Kimmerling were very gentile with my terrified kitty. They looked at his injury and determined it wasn’t very serious but he did need a couple of shots. The bill wasn’t bad either. I am really grateful my kitty was able to get the care he needed."

"I inherited my mom's dog who lived in the country for most of her life. She is not accustomed to be in a vehicle, being in the city, or going to a vet. Needless to say we were both worried. The staff and the doctors at Bullard are amazing and compassionate. We were in and out before we knew it. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service was excellent."
