"DO NOT COME HERE.! The staff does not put the customer first, I walked in around 6:56 pm asking if my prescription can be transferred from another CVS and was denied because they were closing. No one was in the wait area and 2 technicians was on duty. I use to work as a pharm tech for CVS and know the process of the transfer. Another 10 mins to help a critically Ill customer would not have affected anything. Transferring my things over to Walgreens immediately."

"Ken is one of the most considerate and caring pharmacists I've seen in 30 years. With big box and big egos changing the relationship between customer*** and pharmacist, it's now the norm, in my experience, for a pharmacist to choose power trips over professionalism and compassion. Ken has not bought into that. And this isn't the first time I've seen it. But this morning, I was behind another customer who Ken served with the some "old time" courtesy and compassion, and I was blown away. I truly have not seen that level of care in years! Kudos, Ken! ***No, I'm not CVS Pharmacy's patient. I am a retail customer.)"

"SABRINA (The light skin lady with short curly waves) the pharmacist is extremely rude and always has an attitude every time I come here. I ask simply questions that me, a non pharmacist who does not work for CVS pharmacy, would not know, and she always acts like i am supposed to know and i have been working as a CVS Pharmacy employee for 10 years and counting. I have never had a problem coming to this pharmacy before when other extremely nice employees worked here."
