"I come to this Edge all the time and I don’t typically have any issues. Today when I was shopping for a vacation, Christian (the manager) followed me all over that store as if I was about to steal. This experience was so disappointing considering I come here often. On top of that as an African-American to be racially profiled in today’s time is disgusting. If you’re not comfortable with Black people patronizing your business, maybe you should move your business outside of Atlanta, considering this is predominantly a black city."

"Visited this location 4/20/23 shortly before closing. I could tell by the snarky look the lady who looked of asian descent gave me that she was not pleased we were visiting near closing time. Myself and several customers were in the store. They started playing an announcement that the store was closing and left it on repeat from 7:45pm- until we all left exactly at 7:52pm. I understand people want to leave right at 8:00pm, however if your business says its operates until 8:00pm then that is when the public believes it is open. To play the store announcement on repeat 15 minutes before closing was a very passive aggressive way to let everyone in the store know "I do not want you here because I am closing soon." It was not a good experience for me and I for sure will not be coming back based on the bad customer service alone."

"The manager, an older asian lady, was very nasty toward me and my family as we were shopping. The other woman working the register, also of asian descent, was rude and refused to help. By far the worst customer service I received in a very long time. I've never felt so disrespected. Ladies were unreasonably angry when I simply asked for help."

"Horrible customer service. Purchased a dress, had tag on it. When I put it on it was ripped on side. The lady stated she was the manager, looked Asian decent. She said she couldn't do anything about it. I do not recommend shopping here."

"Bought a 2 piece outfit and a dress I haven’t wore the dress yet but the 2 piece top rip as soon as I put it over my head and went to put my arm in I paid $84 for both the dress and the 2 piece and couldn’t even wear the 2 piece top cause it ripped and my cousin outfit she bought ripped also and the zipper broke their clothes are very cheap and over priced Rainbow clothes are cheaper and more put together than Edge clothing"
