"We shopped at this store yesterday (12/4/23). We had not been here in a while. An associate helped me find the right dept. soon after I entered, and I found items I needed on sale, but the checkout line (only one) was terrible. There were associates out on the floor talking with each other, not working, while only one lady was checking out customers. There were eight of us in line, and she spent 15 minutes with the first customer. She was definitely not hurrying to get us checked out. After 20 minutes in line, I gave up, left my items, and I will not be back. I saw two other shoppers leave the checkout line in disgust. It’s ridiculous to have to wait that long, and it’s bad business to not have more checkout personnel and lose sales!"
