"Nice friendly customer service stores pretty clean they had a lot of great deals going on overall pretty good store"
"Refused a return I got as a gift cause it was one day past their “deadline”. Now stuck with expensive baby clothes I can’t use. Won’t be buying from them and frustrated cause I drove all the way to the mall leaving a newborn at home, stood in a long line, and even had the receipt and everything!"
"I've come to this store a lot and today the customer service was just so bad I had to write a review. Came in with one item from an online order in the bag it came in, and for some reason the barcode would not scan, so the woman at the register was just so not helpful with the issue. Also - her communication (or lack there of) was even more frustrating. For example: she asked "do you have an email" when the barcode wasn't working. So I said, what do you mean, like an email address or the confirmation email? And she half rolled her eyes, like it was my fault she wasn't clear. So I gave her my email (spelled it out for her) which is my first and last name...my name is VERY common and not hard to spell, she said "there's no receipt", I asked her if she spelled my name correctly (after having spelled it for her) and she whirled the screen around, and surprise, she still spelled it wrong after I had already spelled it out.I said thats not correct; she then got frustrated when I told her my name only has one n...just seemingly so irritated to have to do her actual job and look up the email and be able to spell, she actually could have just used the bag I brought that had my name on it but who knows maybe her attitude was also blinding her. After I told her there is only one N, she processed to try and figure out how to spell my name again, gives up and just asks me to recite it aloud...again. I spell it again for her and then when she was ready to process the return she says "its going back to the original payment method"...I didnt say anything because it was a statement, so she with an attitude says "IS THAT OK OR...." I was surprised she thought she asked me a question...if she initially said "is that ok" the first time I would have responded. Once she handed me the receipt she ripped it from the dispenser and just handed it to me looking away, I said "thank you" she said nothing...like processing a return (which is part of her job) was entirely too much work Everyone has bad days but this was petty, silly, immature and unprofessional - unprofessional because this is her job, I didnt ask her to do anything outside of what she is supposed to do for a very simple return. Her attitude was childish; for someone who poorly communicates taking it out on a customer is absurd."
"I order online a pretty girl's coat $98 dollars but when I received that have a big scratch area neck but my wrong is I already write my daughter's name on the tag you know when you buy something you expect they are ready to use it I realize the coat have the big scratch when she got at school my fault but the big scratch noo that's gap fault special the person is making packages to delivery"
"Great selection for kids, nice and clean. Store that respects diversity deserves the support of the community."
