"Never in my life have I ever been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. Crazy thing is I was simply the translator hoping to schedule an emergency service for the business owner so my English isn’t the problem nor was money. The lady was older and very impatient. I was referred to this place by a good friend but was told to tell the owner to stop whining and not call back again. Sad that we have this in the community. I would not recommend."

My mother lost a form and called the office to get it replaced and the lady told my 80-year-old mother that she needed to keep up with her things better. That is just horrible"
