"I hired for 3 bathrooms to be cleaned. The cleaners tried to charge me for an hour and half when they were here for only one, the manager fixed that for me. They didn’t clean the toilet in one bathroom or mop/ sweep. In the master bathroom they only cleaned one wall of my tub. They swept the stuff from my bathroom into my bedroom floor. I know this because there were Bobby pins and wads of hair randomly in front of my bathroom door. Just seemed really rushed and half way done."

"This was my first time using this service. Girls were very friendly and they worked the whole time while in my residence. I gave them a 4 star this time due to the fact that it was their first time here and they had to learn all of the different areas to clean. There were a couple of areas missed but I missed them as well in the end walk through. As we begin our working relationship together, and as they learn my home, they will most likely get a five star. They had an excellent work ethic as well as a great attitude."

"Upon entering the house after they cleaned it looked and smelled good. Bathrooms looked good, floors looked good and the kitchen looked good. Once I started checking though I noticed some things not done well. They dusted but didn't move some items on the surfaces so dust was still behind and around them. They also didn't vacuum the thresholds between my sunroof and dining room so they were still dirty. I scheduled a deep 1 time cleaning and they were here for 2 hours. Overall the cleaning was good but for a deep cleaning I would expect a more thorough dusting by moving items to dust."

"Hired them for a move out cleaning of just my kitchen and bathrooms, you know, since those are typically the hardest to get perfect. Three maids came, supposedly took an hour and a half (I couldn't stay), and it looks like they just lightly wiped the surfaces and mopped. Absolute minimum effort. I've never seen such subpar work from a professional cleaner. Terrible. Attached are just a few close-ups. You can still see and feel built up water stains. I clean better then this. I hired a pro to go above and beyond what I could've done. Anyone can do better than this."
