"I had two carpets, three rugs, a couch, and a recliner that one of their technicians, Austin cleaned! I had originally called and had Stanley Steamer come out and clean, and they just didn't get the job done. He was professional, well groomed, very upbeat, kind, and an incredible help. All of our odors and stains are completely gone. He worked hard to guarantee we were fully satisfied. He spoke about second mile and six star service which are two terms I've never heard before. He said he thought of six star service after giving it his all and people decided 5 stars was impossible. I'll say, he really killed it here! Our house looks and smells wonderful thanks to him. I highly recommend him! After reading the negative reviews you can tell this company has improved drastically and is doing their best to accommodate all of the feedback."
"I was told $50 to $60 over the phone. When the representative for the company arrived he said something like $120 and then he went down to $88 for the 3 room special. I told him it was only the main traffic areas of the living room and the hallway. He measured and said it was just over 200 square feet, and proceeds to tell me that he’s giving me a deal at $88. I told him I wasn’t paying more than I was quoted over the phone. He goes and sits on his phone for a bit and then tells me he’s going to do it for $60. I said ok and he was in my house and punt in less than 10 minutes. This included him carrying everything in and back out of the house. These are my photos I took when he left. It looks exactly the same as it did before he cleaned it! Horrible job"
